Ok first of all the way how to choose clients is to recognize the type of clients you do not want to work with.
This should be fun!
Even though I’m going to be short, sweet and to the point…
What turns you off about them what types of things do they do or say that gets under your skin?
Write a list if you want – you want to protect yourself from these energy grabbers.
I know you like to help and serve, but at the same time you need to protect yourself and your sanity!
How to choose clients – Step 2
What Qualities does your ideal client have? Again make a list.
What type of people are they?
What do they like to talk about?
Are they happy /outgoing people?
What are their values?
Here’s my list of the qualities my ideal clients have:
- Optimistic
- Funny
- Big thinkers
- Proactive
- Passionate about helping others
- Open-minded
- Take directives
- excited
Define these people.
How to choose clients – Step 3
If you already have clients, get an Image of them in your head and write down some reasons WHY you love to work with them.
Now you want to identify what qualities they absolutely must have to be able to get a foot in the door. Be brutal. Be honest. Be strong.
By following these ‘how to choose clients’ steps you will reap the benefits of feeling inspired and energised, connect with your clients effectively, will be successful, confident and you will love what you do even more!
