Mind power is a force that directs your thoughts into action. Whatever you think is presented in the form of your actions. It depends upon you and what kind of thoughts are entertaining in your mind, positive or negative and will produce positive or negative results.
You have to use your the power of the mind consciously to achieve any form of success.
If you will use your mind power, positively it will help you to achieve whatever you desire. If you want to really get success in life you have to change your thinking and use the power of the mind to create positive thoughts.
Positive thinking will help you to do constructive activities. If you want to change your life, first you have to change from within. You have to throw out fear, failure and worry out of your mind and incorporate feelings of success, health, prosperity and happiness in your mind.
You can mould the situation in your favor by using the power of the mind. If you will think positive, you will get positive results and if you have negative thinking, you will get negative results.
Use your imagination; think about being surrounded by many successful people but everybody is praising you on your success. You have to imagine yourself to be a successful person so that you may work in the same manner and become a successful person in real life.
When you look at things in our environment, watch TV programs, listen to news, watch a movie, it is all absorbed in your subconscious mind. If you see the positive outcomes from your outside world, you will have positive results and more positive circumstances but if you dwell upon the negative in those circumstances you will get negative results and more negative circumstances brought to you by the law of attraction.
It is up to you how you use the power of the mind.
Alternatively you can create your circumstances by using the power of the mind in visualization techniques. Create the world within by using your imagination and dwelling upon the things you want manifested in your life.

1. Find a comfortable and quiet place to relax, this can be done sitting down or lying down.
2. use your imagination to build an image of the things you want for example if you want a new house, how does it look? Where is it? Simply live in the house and ‘feel’ being in there.
3. do this for 15 minutes a day on whatever you want manifest in your life in a relaxed state.
4. Take ACTION on bringing the things you want into reality.
Your mind is all powerful and waiting for you to take constructive action!
